I offer support for organizations during times of reflection – be it a new strategic direction, restructuring, or other times of reassessment and planning. As an outside voice with my own experience and knowledge, I assist by holding space and process for your group to connect around big picture questions and find new paths forward.

Strategic Planning

Designing a process that gets to the heart of your big questions and hits the sweet spot of engaging all the necessary voices without overly burdening participants. Whether it’s a strategic plan, a theory of change, or an accountability commitment,

my hope is to make planning a joyful process that achieves organization-wide clarity and enthusiasm.

 

Meeting or Retreat Facilitation

Agenda creation and on-site or zoom facilitation, follow-up as needed to ensure clear next steps. Can also bring in co-facilitators as needed for a large group.

 

Management and Organizational Support

If your organization is experiencing a disconnect between staff, I can serve as an outside coach who listens to multiple perspectives and recommends new structure or process as needed. I have also provided organizations with management-related skills trainings.

 

Rates
